The PowerCool W401 is a water cooler designed to keep TIG torches cool during high-intensity welding applications. Its efficient cooling system helps prolong torch life, improve arc stability, and maintain consistent performance during prolonged work.

The unit incorporates a sealed Italian industrial motor, designed to offer protection against dust and workshop conditions. Additionally, it features a stainless steel pump and bronze impeller, ensuring durability and reliable long-term operation.

The direct drive system reduces maintenance and potential mechanical failures, while the copper radiator and large fan optimize heat dissipation to keep the system temperature under control.

This cooler is designed to work with various Everlast welders, including high-performance TIG and multiprocess models.

Coolant Recommendation:

Everlast recommends using commercial coolants specifically designed for TIG welding with high frequency (HF) start.

The use of unsuitable coolants can cause:

• Deterioration of hoses and seals

• Corrosion in internal components

• Arc instability

• Reduced torch and cooler lifespan

For this reason, the warranty only applies when commercial coolants designed for TIG welders are used.
